A therapy session lasts sixty minutes, which we aim to use as effectively as possible. Please be on time, as there is no waiting room.
In some cases, it may be beneficial to schedule a longer session, but we will discuss this in advance.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\tHow long does the entire therapy take?<\/strong><\/span><\/div>

The duration depends on your individual symptoms and concerns and cannot be generalised. Sometimes, a few sessions are enough; other times, more intensive support is needed. Typically, 12 to 24 sessions are sufficient to achieve sustainable progress, always focusing on your resources and goals.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\tWhat is the difference between short-term and long-term therapy?<\/strong><\/span><\/div>

Short-term therapy aims to address specific challenges and achieve progress within a shorter time frame. The focus is on practical, clearly defined goals, while still considering deeper emotional issues. In contrast, long-term therapy offers the opportunity for a more in-depth exploration of behavioural and thought patterns.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\tIs it possible to only use short-term therapy or Ayurvedic psychotherapy? Or is it also possible to combine both?<\/strong><\/span><\/div>

Yes and yes. At the beginning of our initial meeting, we will discuss your concerns and therapy goals. Based on this, we will create an individual therapy plan that naturally takes your preferences into account.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

When someone you care about is struggling with illness or distress, it\u2019s easy to feel overwhelmed \u2013 especially if that person is your partner, parent, or child. The worry for their well-being, the sense of powerlessness, or the pressure to hold it all together can weigh heavily on you.
In my therapy sessions, the focus isn\u2019t on your loved one\u2019s condition, but on you \u2013 your emotions, your challenges, and your well-being. Here, you\u2019ll have the space to share your fears and frustrations, explore your role in the situation, and rediscover your own boundaries. Together, we\u2019ll find ways to navigate this difficult time while ensuring you don\u2019t lose sight of your own needs.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

If you cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else. For late or no-show cancellations, I regret that the full fee will be charged.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
