My Therapy Offer
Sometimes, you need fast, effective support. I offer two approaches that can be combined as needed: solution-focused short-term therapy and Ayurvedic psychotherapy.
Solution-focused short-term Therapy
‘It always feels a little different once you say it.’ – Hermann Hesse
This approach is for those seeking rapid support in difficult situations – without long waiting lists.
My goal is to help you gain clarity, activate your resources, and develop solutions that foster a lasting sense of security, agency, and self-determination.
Short-term therapy can help with:
• acute life crises
• stress, exhaustion, or overwhelm
• anxiety and inner restlessness
• depressive moods
• grief and loss
• relationship or family conflicts
• bridging the gap until NHS therapy begins
I work integratively, using methods from depth psychology, behavioural therapy, systemic therapy, hypnosis, NLP, relaxation techniques, and neuropsychological approaches.
Short-term therapy is compact and goal-oriented. The number of sessions depends on your individual needs – some concerns can be addressed in a few meetings, while others require more time. Typically, 12 to 24 sessions are sufficient to achieve sustainable progress, always focusing on your resources and goals.
Ayurvedic Psychotherapy
‘Health is more than just the absence of disease; it is a state of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.’ – Charaka Samhita
Ayurvedic psychotherapy combines traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern psychotherapeutic methods, seeing the individual holistically. The aim is to restore your personal balance, promoting mental well-being that can also positively impact your physical health.
We’ll explore not just thoughts and emotions, but also your lifestyle, stress management, and nutrition, central to Ayurveda’s preventive approach and activation of self-healing.
Ayurvedic psychotherapy can support you if you:
• experience inner restlessness, stress, or tension
• want to bring more ease, energy, and focus into daily life
• seek balance and stability
• wish to cultivate mindfulness and live more consciously
• want to strengthen your sense of agency
• are searching for your place in life
